Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for creating an account, using Xmegram responsibly, publishing content, participating in conversations, protecting your account, and using paid features.

Acceptance

Agreement to these Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply when you create an account, open Xmegram, use a profile, communicate in a private chat, participate in a group, follow a channel, publish a story, upload media, respond to a poll, use a paid feature, or submit a support request. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to follow these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Monetization Policy, and Community Standards.

Read these Terms carefully before using the service. They are intended to explain the basic conditions of participation in plain language. If you do not agree with the Terms, do not create an account or continue using Xmegram. Links to the connected policies are available during registration and from the information pages so you can review them whenever needed.

Eligibility

Minimum age and appropriate use

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use an Xmegram account. If the law that applies to you requires a higher minimum age for online services, you must meet that higher age requirement. Do not create an account for a child who is not old enough to use the service, and do not encourage a person to provide a false age in order to register.

Use Xmegram only when you are legally able to accept these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, project, or creator identity, you are responsible for having the authority needed to use that identity and publish content through it. The display name, username, photo, and biography you choose must not mislead other people about who operates the account.

Your account

Account security and truthful registration

Provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. Your password, verification code, recovery details, and active login session are personal to you. Do not share them with another person or enter them into an unofficial page. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, use the available recovery tools and contact support promptly.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you report unauthorized access without unreasonable delay. Choose a username that follows the format shown during registration. Do not use a username, display name, image, biography, or linked space in a way that impersonates another person or creates a misleading association.

Community conduct

Responsible participation

Use Xmegram to communicate respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, deceive, exploit, or deliberately disrupt other people. Do not flood conversations with repetitive messages, misuse mentions, manipulate reactions or votes, distribute unsafe links, or attempt to interfere with the service. The Community Standards provide more detail about behavior that is not allowed.

A disagreement is not automatically a violation. People can hold different opinions, ask difficult questions, and discuss controversial subjects. The important boundary is how the conversation is conducted. Criticism should not become targeted abuse. Debate should not become threats. Promotion should not become spam. Sharing information should not become a privacy violation.

Publishing

Your content and your responsibility

You are responsible for the text, images, videos, files, audio, links, stories, polls, comments, replies, profile details, channel updates, and group messages that you publish or forward. Only share content that you created, licensed, or are otherwise allowed to distribute. Do not publish another person’s private information, confidential documents, credentials, or intimate material without permission.

Think carefully before publishing media or sending a message. Some actions may be visible to a wider audience than a private chat. A public channel can be discovered by people who do not already follow it. A group may include members you do not personally know. A story can be viewed during its active period. Choose the right conversation and review the relevant privacy or access setting before posting.

Channels and groups

Spaces, access rules, and conversation settings

Channels and groups have different purposes. A channel is designed for broadcasts and organized updates. A group is designed for shared participation. The person responsible for a space may choose whether it is public, private, invite-based, or supported by subscriptions when that feature is available. Follow the purpose and access rules of each space you join.

Do not bypass access controls, redistribute protected posts without permission, or use another person’s membership to open subscriber-supported content. Do not attempt to enter a private space through technical workarounds. When a channel has an attached discussion group, use the discussion route respectfully and avoid behavior that makes the comments unusable for other members.

Payments

Paid features and clear expectations

Some Xmegram features may involve paid access. A creator may offer a recurring subscription for a channel or group, and an eligible post may offer a one-time media unlock. General account premium features, creator-space subscriptions, and individual unlocks are separate products. Read the plan or checkout information carefully so you understand which access you are purchasing.

Do not use payment features for fraud, deceptive claims, unauthorized redistribution, chargeback abuse, or fee evasion. A paid listing must describe the access honestly. A subscriber must not share protected media or access credentials improperly. Payment availability may depend on the configured provider and on the status of the relevant account, space, plan, and order.

Availability

Service availability and changes

Xmegram may evolve over time. Features can be improved, replaced, limited, or removed. The service may also be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, security work, storage recovery, software deployment, or infrastructure problems. The aim is to keep the experience dependable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Use the service in a way that does not place unreasonable load on the platform. Do not automate requests without permission, probe protected routes, scrape private information, or attempt to defeat rate limits. Technical behavior that interferes with normal use may be blocked in order to protect other users and the reliability of the service.

Account choices

Ending your use of the service

You may stop using Xmegram at any time. Before leaving, review any active paid access and any content that you want to keep. If you need help with an account question, use the Contact Us page. A support request should provide a clear description while avoiding passwords, verification codes, recovery keys, and full payment-card details.

Xmegram may limit access to content, a space, or an account when necessary to apply these Terms, protect users, comply with applicable obligations, or preserve service integrity. The Community Standards explain the conduct expectations in more detail. Where a review option is made available, follow the notice shown in the service and provide a focused explanation.

Profiles are the starting point for identity on Xmegram. Each account can use a display name, a unique username, a profile photo, a cover photo, and a biography. A profile helps other people understand who they are speaking with before they follow an update, open a shared link, or start a private conversation. Usernames are designed to be readable and dependable, using lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores. Profile links can be shared outside the service, while privacy settings determine which details appear to other people. The aim is to make identity easy to recognize without forcing every personal detail into public view.

Profiles that feel personal and clear

Profile settings give each person practical control over how they appear. A user may decide whether a biography, username, country, photo, cover image, or activity status is visible to others. Country is entered automatically when the service can identify it from reliable request information, and it stays hidden from other users unless the account holder chooses to display it. These choices allow a profile to be useful for conversation and discovery while remaining appropriately private.
Private chats are designed for one-to-one communication. They support text messages, replies, reactions, message editing where available, pinned messages, voice messages, attachments, photos, and videos. A private conversation remains tied to the two participating accounts, and its content is not presented as a public channel or group. The interface is designed to keep the conversation focused, with a compact message history, clear delivery states, and simple controls for the actions that belong to each message.

Private chats for direct communication

A signed-in user can block another account when contact is no longer welcome. While the block remains active, both accounts disappear from each other's normal user surfaces: private messages and replies stop, activity details such as last seen are hidden, profile discovery is restricted, suggestions and invitations are removed, and authored content is filtered between the pair. Blocking preserves historical records and moderation access so safety review remains possible.
Groups are spaces for shared conversations. A group may be public, private, or available through a subscriber-supported access model when that feature is enabled. Depending on the group settings, members may be allowed to post, reply, react, vote in polls, and take part in ongoing discussions. A group can be used for a focused community, a private circle, a project, a learning space, or a creator-led discussion room.

Groups for shared participation

Group settings make it possible to shape the kind of conversation that takes place. Some groups allow members to publish messages freely, while others keep publishing limited to the people responsible for the space. Poll creation can also be opened to members or reserved for the people managing the group. These options help a group stay useful as it grows and let its structure match the purpose of the conversation.
Channels are designed for publishing updates to an audience. A channel can share announcements, media posts, creator updates, subscriber-only posts, and recurring information in a clean feed. Readers can follow the flow of posts without losing the clarity of a broadcast format. Views, reactions, comments, and share actions help people understand how a post is being received while keeping the channel itself organized.

Channels for broadcasts and updates

A channel may connect to a discussion group so that comments have a natural place to continue. The channel post remains the original source, while the linked group provides the discussion thread. This structure keeps the channel feed readable and gives the audience a clear route into conversation. When a comment is removed from the linked discussion, the visible comment total is updated so the count reflects the remaining discussion accurately.
Stories provide a lighter way to publish updates that are intended to be timely rather than permanent. A story can be shared from a profile and, where enabled, from a group or channel. Viewers can move through stories, react with expressive emoji, and reply when the account or space settings allow it. Story activity gives the person who posted the story a useful overview of views, replies, and reactions.

Stories for timely sharing

Story reactions are designed to feel immediate. When a viewer reacts, animated emoji bubbles create a visible response without interrupting the story. Story replies connect back to the appropriate conversation flow so that a timely update can become a useful private or community discussion when the sender allows it. Stories expire automatically after their active period, keeping the story strip current.
Xmegram supports photos, videos, audio, voice messages, and files. Media should fit naturally inside the conversation instead of being forced into one rigid size. Photos and videos keep their own proportions, previews are used when appropriate, and full media can open in a larger view. Video controls are designed to appear when needed and stay out of the way when the viewer is not interacting with the player.

Media that adapts to the content

Video playback is built around practical browsing. Posters provide a useful visual frame before playback begins, muted playback can start when a video is in view where the account settings allow it, and only one feed video should remain active at a time. When a video moves outside the viewport, playback should stop. These behaviors keep channels and feeds comfortable to browse on mobile devices as well as larger screens.
Conversation tools help people respond without creating unnecessary clutter. Replies preserve context by showing which message is being answered. Reactions provide a quick expressive response. Pinned messages highlight an important update at the top of a group or channel, and the pinned banner changes immediately when the selected post changes. Polls provide a structured way to collect opinions, make a choice, or run a quiz.

Replies, reactions, polls, and pinned messages

Poll voting updates in place so participants can see the progress without refreshing the page. The interface displays vote totals and animated progress bars after a choice is recorded. Poll creators can choose whether more than one option may be selected and, when quiz mode is enabled, identify the correct answer. These features make polls useful for community decisions, feedback, learning activities, and quick audience questions.
Read before participating

Practical expectations for everyday use

Use Xmegram in a way that respects other people and the purpose of each conversation. Before publishing in a group, read the group description and understand whether members are invited to post freely or whether the space is intended mainly for updates. Before replying to a story or starting a private chat, consider whether the message is welcome and relevant. Before forwarding media, confirm that you have permission to share it. Before purchasing access, read the plan period and the destination carefully. These habits make the service more useful for everyone and reduce avoidable disputes.

Do not use technical tricks, misleading links, repeated messages, or multiple accounts to disrupt normal participation. Do not attempt to access private messages, protected media, subscriber-only material, or another person’s account without authorization. Do not interfere with playback, voting, notification, or access systems. Do not submit false information during registration, payment, account recovery, or support contact. If a feature does not work as expected, use the Contact Us page and explain the issue accurately rather than attempting to bypass the intended flow.

When you publish content, you remain responsible for what you share and for the rights required to share it. This includes text, photos, videos, audio, files, profile images, cover images, links, polls, and story media. You should keep your own copies of important material. Xmegram is a communication service, not a guaranteed long-term archive for irreplaceable files.

Keeping the service reliable

Changes, availability, and continued use

Features may evolve as Xmegram improves its interface, strengthens privacy, adds new communication tools, or adapts paid-access options. A feature may be adjusted, replaced, limited, or retired when necessary to keep the service understandable and reliable. Page layouts may change across devices. Some tools depend on browser support, storage availability, network quality, email delivery, or an external payment provider. Xmegram aims to present clear information when a feature is unavailable or when an action needs attention.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated to reflect new features, clearer wording, legal requirements, or important service changes. The current version will be published on this page. When continued acceptance is required for a material change, Xmegram may ask you to review the updated terms before continuing. Your continued use of the service after an applicable update means that you agree to follow the current terms.

If part of these terms cannot be applied in a particular situation, the remaining sections continue to apply. These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Monetization Policy, and Community Standards. Each page addresses a different part of the experience: responsible use, personal information, paid access, and expected behavior across the community.
