Monetization Policy

This Monetization Policy explains how paid access should be presented and used on Xmegram. It applies when a creator offers a subscription for a channel or group, protects a subscribers-only post, provides an individual media unlock, or uses a related paid feature. The policy should be read together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Community Standards.

Paid features should remain clear and honest. A person deciding whether to continue to checkout should be able to understand what the payment is for, where the access will apply, how long the access period lasts, and whether the payment is recurring or connected to one specific post. The interface is designed to separate these products so users can make informed choices.

A creator may offer one or more subscription plans for an eligible channel or group when the feature is available. A plan can describe an access period using days, weeks, months, or years and can state the price for that period. Access applies to the conversation connected to the plan, subject to the active status of the plan, subscription, account, and space.

A subscription for a creator-led space is separate from any general Xmegram account premium plan. Buying one does not automatically buy the other. A plan should use a clear title and avoid wording that could mislead a subscriber about what will be unlocked. If an attached discussion group follows a channel, the paid access should remain connected to the channel rather than creating a confusing second paywall for the discussion.

A subscribers-only post is intended for people who have the required access to the relevant creator space. The preview should help a viewer understand that the content is protected without exposing the full protected material. When access is active, the eligible subscriber can open the post through the normal conversation flow.

Creators should use subscribers-only publishing thoughtfully. Protected posts should not be used to hide misleading promises, unlawful material, or content that conflicts with the Community Standards. Subscribers should not capture, redistribute, or share protected media in a way that defeats the creator’s access controls.

An eligible protected post may offer a one-time unlock. This type of purchase applies to that specific post rather than the entire channel or group. The checkout route should identify the item using internal references without sending unnecessary public captions, source URLs, or descriptive text to the payment provider.

One-time access should be presented separately from recurring subscription plans. A viewer should be able to understand whether the button opens one post or starts a recurring plan. A creator should avoid duplicating or changing the meaning of a paid post in a way that makes the original purchase unclear.

Recurring access depends on the status received from the configured payment flow and the local subscription record. An active renewal can extend access when the relevant plan, account, and space remain eligible. Failed, expired, or suspended payment states can end access according to the current subscription status.

A payment provider may have its own schedule, cancellation tools, and billing rules. Xmegram uses the status information available through the configured integration to update local access. Users should review the checkout information and the payment provider’s own terms before completing a recurring purchase.

Creators must describe paid access honestly. A plan title, price, period, and visible explanation should not create a false impression. Do not promise services, products, downloads, or results that are not actually included. Do not use a subscriber-supported space to promote scams, counterfeit goods, unsafe links, or prohibited transactions.

Pricing should be presented consistently in the interface. When a creator offers several plans, each plan should remain understandable on its own. A subscriber should not need to guess which conversation the plan belongs to or whether a payment is recurring. Clear presentation protects both the creator and the subscriber.

Subscriber access is intended for the account that completed the purchase unless a creator clearly states otherwise. Do not share login credentials, copy protected media for redistribution, bypass access checks, or resell access without permission. Respect the effort behind the content you choose to support.

A subscriber should also protect their own account. Do not send payment-card details, verification codes, or account credentials through messages or support requests. Use only the checkout route presented by Xmegram and the configured payment provider. If a payment question arises, submit a support request with the safe order reference when available.

Xmegram records transaction and entitlement information needed to manage paid access. This can include an order identifier, plan identifier, conversation identifier, user identifier, amount, status, provider reference, renewal state, and timestamps. These records help the service understand whether access should be active.

Creators and subscribers should keep their own records of important purchases. A safe support request can include an order reference, subscription reference, date, and description of the issue. It should never include a full payment-card number, security code, password, or recovery credential.

Paid access does not create an exception to the Community Standards or Terms and Conditions. A public post, protected post, channel, group, story, profile, and private message all remain subject to the applicable rules. A creator is responsible for choosing lawful content and describing access accurately.

A paid feature may become unavailable when the connected account, space, post, plan, order, or provider status no longer supports access. Use the Contact Us page for a focused payment or creator question. Include a safe reference and explain the expected result and the result you actually saw.

Paid access should never be a guessing game. Before continuing, read the name of the destination, the price, the access period, and whether the offer is a recurring subscription or a one-time media unlock. A creator-space subscription is connected to a specific channel or group. A one-time unlock is connected to the specific protected post shown in the purchase flow. General account premium features, creator subscriptions, and individual post unlocks are separate products unless the page clearly states otherwise.

Use the official checkout presented by Xmegram. Do not send payment-card details in a private chat, group message, channel comment, story reply, or support request. Do not rely on a message that asks you to pay through an unrelated route. Keep your own transaction confirmation and review your account subscriptions so you understand which access periods are active. If a payment appears incorrect, use Contact Us and choose the payments category with a concise explanation.

Access begins when the supported payment flow confirms the applicable purchase. Network delays or provider callbacks can affect how quickly a new entitlement appears. Repeatedly submitting the same purchase can create confusion, so allow the confirmation process to complete before trying again. When an entitlement is active, the service should apply it to the intended destination according to the plan or unlock shown at checkout.

Creators should describe paid spaces and protected posts accurately. A plan name, price, period, and destination should be understandable. Do not promise material that is not available, hide important conditions, or present a one-time unlock as though it grants a broader subscription. If a channel connects to a discussion group, explain how subscribers participate. If a post is available through an individual unlock, make it clear that the purchase applies to that post rather than every item published by the creator.

Paid material should also respect the same Community Standards as public material. A subscription is not permission to distribute prohibited content, infringe rights, misuse private information, or mislead subscribers. Protected access is a way to support creators and organize audiences; it is not a separate area where ordinary responsibilities disappear. Creators should protect subscriber trust by publishing consistently, using clear descriptions, and avoiding unnecessary payment confusion.

Creators are responsible for understanding any obligations that apply to their earnings, refunds, business activities, and local rules. Xmegram provides communication and access-management features. It does not replace independent legal, tax, or financial advice.

A recurring subscription may renew according to the selected period until it ends under the applicable checkout arrangement. If a renewal fails, expires, is cancelled, or is otherwise not confirmed, access may return to the level available without that subscription. A one-time unlock does not renew automatically. It remains connected to the purchased post according to the available product rules and the continued availability of the content.

Changes to a creator space can affect future availability. A creator may change what they publish, while product or safety requirements can affect whether a destination remains available. Keep this in mind before subscribing. Xmegram keeps purchase and entitlement records so the service can determine whether an account should have access and so support questions can be understood. These records may remain after active access ends.
